As a Washingtonian, Francesca takes pride in serving the students of DC and continuing to pour into her community. With a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services from St. John’s University, Francesca has always enjoyed counseling, mentoring, and creating educational programming for youth in professional development, social-emotional learning, and college and career preparation.  In her former role as the Performance Accountability Coordinator for Career and Technical Education in Middle School at the Office of the State Superintendent of Education in DC, Francesca served as the grant manager for the CTE Middle School Expansion Grant and the primary support for middle schools implementing CTE courses and programming in DC public and public charter schools. Francesca's passion for public speaking and creating workshops on social justice, civic engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion is palpable, infusing her work with enthusiasm and energy. With over ten years of experience in education and youth development, Francesca has cultivated her talent in program management, curriculum development, and youth and community event planning.
