Our Team

Nicole Savage is an education advocate who believes in making post-secondary learning accessible to all. As founder of BlackprintEd LLC, she provides strategic support for college admissions and postsecondary success. Savage's experience includes founding the Early College Academy with DC Public Schools, leading college readiness work at the Flamboyan Foundation, and developing dual enrollment programs at the University of the District of Columbia Community College. She began her career in college admissions at Vassar College, where she became Senior Director for Admission and Co-Chair for Multicultural Recruitment. Savage holds a Bachelor's degree in Urban Studies from Vassar College and a Master of Public Administration from Syracuse University's Maxwell School. Through her work, Savage continues to promote educational equity and create opportunities in postsecondary education.
